A crowded G series
Motorola has been releasing several smartphones in a row in the Indian market. And that includes the E series and Edge series. If we look closely at the G series, it includes the Moto G82The Moto G52the Moto G22 and the Moto G71. All of these were only released in 2022. Count the Moto G51 that was released in December 2021, these are 5 smartphones that have been updated.
Motorola seems to keep adding devices at every price point, making not only a confusing lineup, but also creating more confusion among consumers. Looking at the specs, the Moto G52 with pOLED display might be a more affordable option, but it comes with nearly identical specs. It shares the same chipset and battery capacity (receives 33W fast charging) and is one of the slimmest devices on the market. It also gets a higher refresh rate. So why would Motorola add another product if its lineup is already good enough?
